After deciding to purchase, she spent a great deal of time going over the features, explaining everything. Helped me to set up the bluetooth for my phone. I felt immediately comfortable and as if I'd known her for years. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and it was always very easy-going with no stress whatsoever. She was extremely patient and explained each and every feature of my new 2010 Tucson. Not only was this the best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle, but it was also the quickest without feeling at any point of being rushed. It was impossible not to notice that everyone at this dealership was very friendly, happy and outgoing. This is the greatest place and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. The manager, Mike, was also very nice, helpful and very outgoing. This absolutely the best experience I have every had with a car dealership. Cory greeted me like an old friend. He was respectful and fun to be around. I arrived at the dealership in a rental, Cory took care of returning the rental allowing me to continue with what I needed to accomplish that evening. Last year i took my car in for service b/c the engine light was on. they told me what needed done and so i ordered the parts and scheduled a time to bring my car in. when i got there, they told me that light was on. they told me what needed done and so i ordered the parts and scheduled a time to bring my car in. when i got there, they told me that they had sold my parts to someone else and i had to reoder, take more time off work and reschedule again. a month after my 2nd appointment, the engine light came on again and i took it to a different shop (and friendlier)and had the codes pulled again. it was the same part that they said they repaired. when i took the car back to Signature b/c the part was still on warrenty, i got nothing but the run-around and even though my other paperworked states that the part is the problem, they wouldn't even look at it unless they did their own inspection. it is my belief that they NEVER even put the new part on last year and charged me $500 for it anyway. we will see for sure when i have the part changed this week by a much more trustworthly shop 15 minutes away. I was talked to like a dumb child by the service manager and when my husband talked to him on the phone, he just put the phone down and walked away. he had no problem talking to woman like dirt but couldn't take it from a man! what a jerk!! Do NOT take your car to them!! they will rip you off and treat you bad the whole time you are in there. More

This was my first time buying a car and I came in expecting to have to deal and argue, especially after working with a couple of other dealers around town. My dealer Cory was what made my car buying expecting to have to deal and argue, especially after working with a couple of other dealers around town. My dealer Cory was what made my car buying experience so enjoyable. He was very courteous and laid back. There was no pushy sales pitches or attempts to sway me to one vehicle or another. We first started communicating by email and after I told him what I was looking for he immediately sent me all the options on the lot that met my criteria. He didn't push me to send him my phone number after I chose not to put it on my inquiries. He was very prompt and detailed in all his responses by email and all my questions were answered with no bs. When I came in he immediately greeted me and at the door, gave me all of his undivided attention, and got things rolling quickly. When I told him which car options he sent me were out of my price range, that was the end of it. There was no bugging to try and get me to "just take a look at them" and we moved on to the ones I was interested in. He lined up all the vehicles under the roof and explained the differences, allowing me to check them out in as much detail as I wanted without hovering over my shoulder. I feel all my questions and requests, such as carfacts reports and service/inspection records, were taken care of quickly and honestly. When inspecting the car I found an ash tray that didn't stay retracted and Cory had it immediately pulled into the shop to be repaired while we did the final paperwork. After I purchased the car he took me around the dealership and introduced me to all of the staff and explained how to get things taken care of in the future. He made himself available to me in the future and when I later called that night to request some copies of paperwork I forgot he stayed after hours until I got there to get them to me. All in all, Southeast Signature Motors had some unbelievable deals, a very courteous and honest staff that seemed to genuinely car about their customers. In case anything was unclear, I would highly recommend Cory Smith to be the one to help you find your next car. More
