Murgado Lincoln of Chicago was without a doubt the worst buying experience, of any product or service, that I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism was shocking. Our sales associate clearly had no knowle buying experience, of any product or service, that I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism was shocking. Our sales associate clearly had no knowledge of cars or the actual process of buying one. When I asked for the maintenance record and vehicle history, they began listing the vehicle features (heated seats, OnStar, etc.) When it came time to sign the paperwork, we had to point out the mileage was wrong on one document, while the VIN was incorrect on another. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice when the same individual brought us the wrong license plate for our new vehicle. Luckily, they did notice their own error this time. All this without a single mention of the wait time. In the course of 10 total hours across 3 days, we were able to test drive one vehicle, sign the final paperwork, consume ~10 machine coffees, watch the employees vape in a circle in the parking lot, walk the showroom 5 times, and finish watching a 90 minute soccer match in the waiting room. If you enjoy feeling discouraged and defeated with no confidence in your purchase, I’d highly recommend buying at Murgado Lincoln. However, if you desire any semblance of professionalism, a speedy and confident close, and a trusted partner in your future vehicle, I would look elsewhere. More

Took care of my oil change and recall issues in a timely manner. Seating area is comfortable and they put out cookies. I recently purchased a set of four new tires for a Ford bronco. The experience was fine except I’m just about 100% sure that lightly used tires were put on my vehicle rather than four new tires which is wh bronco.
