Sales manager Muhammad very shady. Bait and switch, blaming their system for months of inaccurate prices. Never heard so many lies spewed in such a short amount of time. Amazing that h Bait and switch, blaming their system for months of inaccurate prices. Never heard so many lies spewed in such a short amount of time. Amazing that he has so many people writing negative reviews about the dealership because of him. How is someone like this still employed? BBB will be hearing about my interactions with him as well as consumer relations at Lincoln. More
I've only had positive experiences with Murgado's service department. This time, however, I withheld one star because the service tech used my personal USB drive, which I left connected when I handed over m department. This time, however, I withheld one star because the service tech used my personal USB drive, which I left connected when I handed over my car, to install the software update that I brought my car in to receive. I was never notified of this nor asked permission, and in the process all of the data on the drive was erased. This could have been disastrous if I had any important, irreplaceable data on the drive (I did not; there was only music that I had backed up on my PC). As well, the software update took 2.5 hours. I don't know if this is above average for this type of update, but it struck me as a very long time. More

They went above and beyond to make the process fast and pleasant. I forgot some items in the loaner and they quickly called and went out of theor way to return them to me. The communication was the best it has been since I have been servicing my car here. Hope it continues More

I had gone to Fox Ford for factory recall service & received good service. It is now owned & operated by Murgado Ford of Chicago. Today, their service & communication were subzero. Their communicatio received good service. It is now owned & operated by Murgado Ford of Chicago. Today, their service & communication were subzero. Their communication updates were sporadic, and even an inaccurate estimate of costs for possible "needed" repair. The total check-up for 60,000 miles was to take around 90 minutes and cost about $1,611 before taxes. I finally went to locate my "person" after waiting over FIVE HOURS, and the total cost was $1,874.52. I foolishly agreed to a couple of add-ons that totalled an additional $558.38. They NEVER said that they charge an additional 3.3% for paying with a credit card, but they would not have an additional charge if I paid with my debit card, or I presume, with cash. More
Horrible experience! The second diagnostic charge was for a problem that they were "Unable to duplicate customer's concern". In other words, they wanted to charge me a $289 diagnostic charge for an issue they could not diagnose - for an issue that is covered by the extended warranty! Too bad you can't give them ZERO stars.
