My 5 yr old battery died. Called Ford roadside service at 2:44. The tow truck came at 3:30 and jumped it so I could drive to the dealer. The service department is great. Just wish they had loaner cars available. This alone might make me rethink getting another Ford. Very rude interaction with Michael today when I tried to get my fleet vehicle worked on. I made the mistake of scheduling my appointment online rather than calling him directly (although he texted me that m get my fleet vehicle worked on. Then I apologized and said I would next time but he continued to be rude. I apologized again but He continued to lecture me. He then threatened next time he would “reschedule me” to which I responded he need not worry about that since I will not be returning to Fox Ford of Chicago. If you have a ford fleet vehicle, I recommend taking it somewhere else. Somewhere were the customer service is in practice rather than just an idea. More

My Service Advisor went out of his way to accommodate my schedule when I wasn't able to leave my care overnight.
