The service manager, Steve Bihnanek and his staff went above and beyond -again , for me when I visited the Fox Ford service department last week. I had a few unusual requests , and I needed a special expl above and beyond -again , for me when I visited the Fox Ford service department last week. I had a few unusual requests , and I needed a special explanation regarding a cleaning of the vent systems for my vehicle. Steve brought one of his senior techs, Rob over to explain to me as to how I could keep the vent screens clean, and he also had him blow compressed air into the interior vents to disrupt some spiders that had taken up residence inside! And as he usually does, my service advisor “Alonzo Ball” was extremely kind, patient and very accommodating in assisting me in preparing my vehicle for a long road trip, making sure that he addressed all of my questions and needs, and then some! This is the reason that after many , many years of choosing another large dealership for servicing my many vehicles, I had moved my business relationship to this new and improved dealership, “Fox Ford”.
