Boris is/was amazing!!! however parts sent him the wrong part so now i have to go back for a second time. my vehicle feels great! will go back for Boris. did not like the not calling back and the going back b/c someone sent the wrong part. i understand human error and the pandemic situation and all.. this is why i do not give it 5 stars... this is not reflective of Boris and how he took care of me and me vehicle. Good Communication Dropping off a car for service can feel like dropping it into a black hole. You might get a call from the service advisor a couple days later with the mechanics' findings and then another week you'll call back to find out the car has been done for 2 days and ready to be picked up. This will not be the case when you have Boris taking care of you. He did a great job answering my questions and calling me as soon as he had the information. It made a big difference. The service hours here are also wide ranging making it convenient to drop off/pick up a vehicle on your schedule. More
