I received an e-mail offering a special of $24.95 for oil and filter change and other services. I only have 12,500+ miles on my 2014 Ford Escape. I Bought a Lincoln... AND Applied for a Job! THAT'S how impressed I was with the people I dealt with at Fox. The tag-team of Chappy & Matt were fun to deal with and made the experience pleasant a THAT'S how impressed I was with the people I dealt with at Fox. The tag-team of Chappy & Matt were fun to deal with and made the experience pleasant and actually enjoyable. No pressure at all. Answered every question I threw at them, including baseball trivia... and showed me how everything worked even before I committed to buy anything. They kind of let the car sell itself. But, things were great even before that. Whenever I entered the showroom on the Ford side, I was greeted (not attacked!) by smiling people who asked if they could direct me to anyone in particular... then they'd walk me to that person's office. I felt welcomed and respected. And it didn't seem phony. I made four visits to the dealership in total. The first was just to see the Nautilus, as a friend got one and loved it. Had a great first visit with Chappy... and we talked about his job selling cars. Something I always thought I'd enjoy. Soon after, I scoured the Fox website and really liked what I read about their corporate mindset and business practices. It was impressive enough that I actually applied for a sales position! Sure, it would be a major career change and I'd be their oldest rookie... but why not? It would be fun and the atmosphere was a positive one. Well... turns out the job was filled... so, I just bought the car instead. Happy with the whole experience. Thanks, all. And don't lose my resume... More

While that may be true with other dealers, but Fox Lincoln is the exception. Robin was very patient and helpful throughout the process, and not to mention very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The leasing finance team was fair and avoided playing games that many other places play. My new Corsair is beautiful and I appreciate the experience here. More

Bought New Car Here They were fine; was able to nail all of the details via email with the sales guy Avery; David, the guy he handed me off to for paperwork, was very fri They were fine; was able to nail all of the details via email with the sales guy Avery; David, the guy he handed me off to for paperwork, was very friendly and nice. Even hunted me down when I got turned around heading to a gas station with him for a free fill-up on a new 2019 Ford Escape; he made sure I got a full tank of gas before I drove off. Finance guy was decent, too, didn't hard sell me on any extras, unlike a Ford dealer I've dealt with in the past who I won't name but whose name rhymes with "Sal Diamonte". I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford, for sure. More
