Boris is/was amazing!!! however parts sent him the wrong part so now i have to go back for a second time. my vehicle feels great! will go back for Boris. did not like the not calling back and the going back b/c someone sent the wrong part. i understand human error and the pandemic situation and all.. this is why i do not give it 5 stars... this is not reflective of Boris and how he took care of me and me vehicle.
