I also want to thank Johnny in service for laying the foundation down to make the transition from service to sales, he needs to be commended. Joe the General Manager closed the experience the following day by meeting with me that morning. He knew my name and was very engaging. I commended him on his excellent team and I told him that was a direct reflection on him. Wade Simms is an incredible asset to the facility and that needs to be celebrated and acknowledged! Great Customer Service I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane on a Saturday. My service advisor was Anibal Arroyo. I explained that 2 Tail lights were out, check engine light w I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane on a Saturday. My service advisor was Anibal Arroyo. I explained that 2 Tail lights were out, check engine light was displayed on the dashboard & a oil change was over due. Eric who drove the courtesy vehicle was able to give me a ride back to work. A Part for the one taillight was ordered & a diagnostic was completed. Everything was repaired and completed. The vehicle was back on the "road again"! While picking up the Vehicle I toured the show room. Wade Sims, (Sales Product Specialist) was very helpful. He called Ford Finance Dept. and received the payoff amount, My 2016 Ford Transit Connect was appraised, showed me a few new 2019 Ford Transit Connects in the cold & rain. Was impressed with the efficiency but didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door, either, when discussing the inspection. All around great experience. More
