Robbie Payne had lots of good reviews. I called & left a message for Robbie. He called me back that afternoon. Robbie was polite and very willing to help even though we had never met. Within days Robbie called me back to follow up. He kept me updated on what was available but never pressured me. He is very knowledgable about Honda vehicles. Robbie will work with you to meet your needs and find you the car that you are looking for. He respects the price range you give him. I just had the best new car buying experience at Trickett Honda when I traded in my 2013 Honda Pilot LX for a new 2015 Honda Pilot SE because I wanted I just had the best new car buying experience at Trickett Honda when I traded in my 2013 Honda Pilot LX for a new 2015 Honda Pilot SE because I wanted 4WD and the rear entertainment system. It was so refreshing because I had such a horrible experience when I purchased my 2013 Pilot at another Nashville Honda Dealership. I shopped around online and Trickett had the best price and didn't push the extras most dealerships try to add. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.
