Poor customer service It's unfortunate to write a poor review on something that could have been worked out. I purchased a 2018 vehicle at Music City Honda, and the salesperson left the dealership shortly afterward. I did not receive a second key fob from him at the time I purchased the vehicle and was not even aware there was not a second one until I was leaving and out the door. They will not provide me with one because there was nothing in the paperwork to specify that I was to receive another one. I've spoken to many people now at the dealership, but the person I wanted to talk with refuses to return my call: the manager, James Poole. I will not refer your business to my friends even though I like my car. This seems like a very small expense to a large dealership and a gesture of good faith to ensure everyone is happy with their purchase. Again, it's just regrettable that such a seemingly small item would get in the way of an otherwise pleasant experience. More

Good Experience Nice very new dealership. Buying any car is a painful tedious experience. This is as good as it gets. Think I got a reasonable deal on the new Pass Nice very new dealership. Salesman was good and knowledgable about their product. Would recommend Dreu Fowler. He is a good salesman. Negotiations and pulling all things together, signing paperwork and financing took too long, but I was in the dealership on a holiday and they were busy. Would recommend this dealership if you are interested in a Honda. We will have to see how service works...but I have confidence that all will be ok. More
