They are now moving to another location out of the area leaving those of us that have been faithful for years high and dry..without service accustomed to.. Obviously an effort to obtain more of the market share in new car sales.. I will not be going back to Music City Honda, not because of their lack of service, but because of distance and their lack of concern for their older clientele's need. Their Service writer was great! not honest on what was wrong with my car I took my 2007 Honda Accord in on August 24, 2019 for oil change and I also ask for multi-point inspection. I was in for a surprise. I knew my batte I took my 2007 Honda Accord in on August 24, 2019 for oil change and I also ask for multi-point inspection. I was in for a surprise. I knew my battery needed replacing but I declined for them to replace because it was still under warranty from where I bought it. They pointed out I had oil leak and needed oil pan gasket price tag $275..04, power steering pump replacement $1,025.66, alternator replacement $725.64. This is parts and labor. I declined the service and afterwards went got my replacement battery and just today went to Carl Woods Garage in Nashville. Guess what the only problem they found iI needed was some power steering fluid added. That is all. Like my dad said always get a second or third opinion. I knew in my heart what Music City Honda quoted me was wrong. I will never take my vehicle their for repair again. More

Waited 2 hrs for nothing. When I checked my car in for a flat tire repair I told the check-in tech I had fa lat tire due to a nail and it probably needed plugged. Nearly two hours later I was told my car was ready. When I walked to my car I saw the spare had not been removed so I asked why they hadn't put my repaired flat on my car. I was told they (all car dealerships) don't/aren't allowed to do plug repairs on flat tires. Why in the world wasn't I told that when I checked in and told the tech I had a flat due to a nail and it probably needed plugged. More
