After performing an online search for a 1996 Volvo XC70, I received a timely (positive) response from Van Gonzalez (Internet Sales Mgr.) of a potential fit. Paul exceeded my expectations regarding all vehicle inspection, questions and concerns, even verifying his answers with the Service Department. My comfort level was high enough to indicate a sincere interest in purchasing the car. I was pleasantly surprised that the (dreaded) "Price Negotiation Phase" was quite painless, as I believe the Purchase Price represented the best Customer Value when compared with other (similar) offerings. Lastly, the Muzi Motors Staff expedited completion of all necessary communication and paperwork to Register the vehicle within a very tight Customer Delivery timeframe.
