I bought a used Tundra with 71k on it and have been very pleased with service until yesterday I had new tires installed. The Toyota service consultant printed out a paper with all the recommended maintenanc pleased with service until yesterday I had new tires installed. The Toyota service consultant printed out a paper with all the recommended maintenance that HADN’T been done. There were 5 vital maintenance procedures on the list totaling almost $1K. Well…if this dealership sold me this truck (and they assured me all the scheduled maintenance had been done) then I would expect that they would have done the missing maintenance. BUT THEY DIDNT AND NOW WANT TO CHARGE ME TO PERFORM THE MAINTENANCE? I’m very disappointed to say the least. More
