Not much for personal attention. Tried to schedule an appointment for something specific, person answering phones was rude and didn't send me to right person. I called back to service and they put me through to Andres voicemail, which I left and 5 days later he still hadn't returned simple phone question (I know simple bc when I asked in person it took him 3 seconds to give me an answer). I have to drive 45 minutes so I would like to take care of all issues when I come, now I have to come back for my service that didn't get addressed before I came. Not impressed and will likely go away from subaru for next purchase. More
