We had our 2022 Toyota Rav4 in for its 10,000 mile oil change this summer and notified them of an annoying noise we were hearing when we reached 50 mph. They couldn't find the problem and we were stuck with this issue until Javid Zahir called me and asked me to bring it in. He rode with me and heard our annoying noise and took it seriously. While I waited in their awesome customer waiting area (they have everything!) He took a mechanic out for a ride to try and solve our issue......they got back and found where it was coming from, fixed it and voila.....no more annoying noise!!! We are so happy and grateful to Javid who took our issue seriously and got it resolved!! What a great guy, he will be my go to Manager if I ever have any issues!! I appreciate the attention given by Justin at your facility. I feel he has my back. The one comment I would like to add is your cost to rotate tires is too high. With a battery powered impact this task can be done in less than 5 minutes with the exception of checking the torque when vehicle is back on the ground. More

The service manager was very friendly and assisted me in getting what I needed done. However, I wish I had been told that my tires needed to be replaced before they were rotated - which is why I was there. getting what I needed done.
