This was supposed to be first service! ! Vehicle is 4 months old. Less than 2500 miles. Would not do oil change because had to have10000 miles but needed to be done in the first year??? Tru ! Vehicle is 4 months old. Less than 2500 miles. Would not do oil change because had to have10000 miles but needed to be done in the first year??? Truck won’t have 10000 miles in first year!!! No oil change but told truck needs front end alignment!!! Out the door, work complete in less than 15 minutes!!!!! NEVER GO BACK!!! SORRY I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALER!!! More

Ella needs to at least try to know her customers and their cars sending out prices on things that are not billable or under warrenty makes it look like she is just trying to gouge people. I would recommend to others, but with cautions. I purchased vehicle two months ago, now has about $500.00 worth of service work to be done to it. What a joke especially since I paid such inflated p I purchased vehicle two months ago, now has about $500.00 worth of service work to be done to it. What a joke especially since I paid such inflated price for car. All the stuff thy tried to sell during service appointment for oil change should have been taken care of before sale.
