He made us feel very comfortable, answering further questions with details we needed to choose our 2016 Jeep Cherokee. We met Jeff and Ryan. Ryan patiently took us through the financing paperwork on Wednesday and closed with some entertaining magic tricks! Dick gave us a great hands on tutorial of the Cherokee before we drove it home.
