Different pricing if finance or cash payment. I went today to purchase a TLX 2015 60k miles for 14,900 as advertised online, when I asked sales man he said that it was only if I finance the car th I went today to purchase a TLX 2015 60k miles for 14,900 as advertised online, when I asked sales man he said that it was only if I finance the car through them,if not car will be 22k”huge difference “. I was ok since I would pay the car off working the first payment. After the salesman ran the number with hidden fees and extra warranty it came up to the same 22k. I just got the chair and walked out. Huge rip off. $1,995 down payment $1,400 for warranty and $1500 dmv fees etc. Crazy rip off please make sure you see this before you buy from this guys... More

SCAM! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I saw a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta on their site for under 10k. I went to the dealership ready to purchase the car. The salesperson was eating lunch and ke I saw a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta on their site for under 10k. I went to the dealership ready to purchase the car. The salesperson was eating lunch and kept apologizing so I said it is fine. Then she showed us the car and it looked good. I was ready to test drive the car. She told me she has to run my credit in order for me to test drive. Of course that was xx! I told her I'm not sure if I'm taking out a loan. I would like to test drive the car first before we move on to next steps. She did NOT let me test drive the car at all. So we sat down and discussed numbers and she told me if I was going to pay cash then the cash fee is 17k. I told her that's ludicrous because online the car is 10k. She said that's the financing special. I read that ad a million times it did not say anywhere on the site that the price was contingent upon taking out a loan. So I told her to show me where in the ad does it say that. She called her manager over who proceeded to tell me that in Advertising you can put up misleading ads blah blah blah. I told him I work in television I know how ads work I asked one simple question and her manager could not answer it. Then her manager looked over to my boyfriend and told him, "I've been married 3 times, so I know how to handle girls like her." I was so appalled by his sexist behavior I walked out of the store. I did not purchase the car! The crazy thing is I would have taken out the loan had the customer service been great. I have excellent credit, but they stereotyped me because I lived in the area and proceeded to provide bad customer service. More
