From start to finish I was not impressed with my experience. It has been the worst buying experience. Between not having anyone free for questions the first 2 times making a trip there. I shouldn’t have found a scratch and chips on a brand new car. It should have been found before selling. It felt like nothing would be done to fix the issue I didn’t create. Finally the light is fixed, and I’m thankful for it.. but the process it took to resolve just was not a good experience at all. I would expect a dealership to go above and beyond to fix a flaw in their items they are selling. Not wait until I complain then finally do it. I will say the one manager who was the only person to greet us from day one was great. He helped me and was kind and greeted me each time after. But it was just down hill from there and I genuinely wish I would have not done business with nye. I could have got the same car for the same discount without scratches and salt stains left in the car seats after selling it with a cargo net and saved on all the miles wasted going back and forth. Even my first car ever was used and it was cleaner than this one.. there shouldn’t be hair, wrappers nor dirt and salt stains.. maybe my expectations are too high. But selling a new car should look clean and be damaged free. Either way, Jeff was very kind as was the manager who helped bring out the cars day one and sales man. But service department I was not impressed with at all. And I’m not impressed with gmc not covering the damage either. The dealership shouldn’t have to eat the cost on over priced items if it’s truly a manufacturer defect like I’m told it was at least. But again I’m happy they did what was right by trying to fix it. Even though the new one is scratched too. More
