I had an appointment for some issues with my truck that I have had since I bought the truck. Dropped it off for the day. None of the 5 issues were addressed and not even noted on the work order the only thin have had since I bought the truck. Dropped it off for the day. None of the 5 issues were addressed and not even noted on the work order the only thing done was a state inspection. When i picked up the truck there were 3 miles put on the truck and a road test isn't needed for a state inspection. No explanation when I picked up the truck. Service writer said he would have someone call me the next day. I still haven't received that call. More

They need more than one EV tech. They rescheduled a routine check on my Bolt 3 times bc this one guy was on vacation, then had a training, then had a personal day, and no one else co They rescheduled a routine check on my Bolt 3 times bc this one guy was on vacation, then had a training, then had a personal day, and no one else could even look at my car. So I was driving around with my "check engine " light for over a month. The perple are nice and apologetic but really... Chevy shouldn't sell cars they can't service. More

This dealer especially Jeff was very responsive and NYE repaired our car quickly and with out question. The car was picked up by tow truck and repaired in a timely manner. Jeff was always available and ret repaired our car quickly and with out question. The car was picked up by tow truck and repaired in a timely manner.
