We are visiting family in the area and we’re from Florida. I knew we’d need an oil change after the drive. When I checked dealers in and around Rome, I was amazed that the only appointment I could ge Florida. I knew we’d need an oil change after the drive. When I checked dealers in and around Rome, I was amazed that the only appointment I could get was a week and a half o more away. I’d be gone by then. My relative suggested checking the town of Oneida, which I did. Being less than a twenty minute drive and I could get in the next day made it perfect ( I travel more than that to my local dealer in Florida). Thank you so much!!! If I ever need service when visiting again, yours will be the dealer I’ll choose!!! More

I made an online appointment for an oil change on 07/22/2025 for 07/25/2025. When I got there for the oil change on 07/25/2025 they had no record of my request. I had to show the service writer the 07/22/2025 for 07/25/2025. When I got there for the oil change on 07/25/2025 they had no record of my request. I had to show the service writer the email I got confirming the appointment and he still couldn't find any record of the appointment. However, he honored the email and got the oil change done.
