This dealer especially Jeff was very responsive and NYE repaired our car quickly and with out question. The car was picked up by tow truck and repaired in a timely manner. We are visiting family in the area and we’re from Florida. I knew we’d need an oil change after the drive. When I checked dealers in and around Rome, I was amazed that the only appointment I could ge Florida. I knew we’d need an oil change after the drive. When I checked dealers in and around Rome, I was amazed that the only appointment I could get was a week and a half o more away. I’d be gone by then. My relative suggested checking the town of Oneida, which I did. Being less than a twenty minute drive and I could get in the next day made it perfect ( I travel more than that to my local dealer in Florida). Thank you so much!!!
