The Sales staff was very nice. The Finance manager was great and had a very outgoing personality which made us feel at home and at ease about such a large purchase. We had a slight hiccup regarding pick up due to some unpredictable weather and power outages. There was someone at the store who was able to give us the keys and overcame my frustration of seeing a closed sign. It was out of everyone’s control and they still got it done. The show room was clean, with typical waiting room food/drinks available. The dealer was well stocked with inventory and happened to have exactly what we were looking for! All in all great experience. More
