What a great experience we had. Everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was fantastic. We leased 2 Jeeps from Nye, A Wrangler Unlimited 4xe and a Grand Cherokee L. We Everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was fantastic. We leased 2 Jeeps from Nye, A Wrangler Unlimited 4xe and a Grand Cherokee L. We love them both. These are the first Jeeps that we have ever had. We will not be giving them up. Madison from the sales department was awesome to work with. She was very knowledgable about the Jeeps that we were looking at and answered every question that we had. She treated us like we were the most important people around. We had to turn in our lease to a Lincoln dealer prior to picking up our Jeeps, and Madison made sure that we had a ride back to Nye from Syracuse. Outstanding customer service all around. Brian from the finance Dept. was extremely helpful answering all our questions and explaining everything to us. also, we want to thank Brad from the service dept. from picking us up from the Lincoln dealer after we turned our car in and giving us a ride back to Nye so we could pick up our new Jeep. Very much appreciated!!!! We will highly recommend Madison Beckwith and Nye Automotive to our family and friends!!!!!!! More
