Brought my vehicle in for an appointment, over 14 days there I finally got it back. I have no idea why it took so long. It has a warranty on it, so after contacting Mopar directly, it seemed that it start there I finally got it back. I have no idea why it took so long. It has a warranty on it, so after contacting Mopar directly, it seemed that it started to get work on. It was still an extremely long time for the work that was done. They should never had happen. I will not be returning to that dealership. There is a lot of miscommunication I believe. Nobody seems to know anything. More
Even though I purchased my 2023 Pacifica at Nye, they refused warranty work on my vehicle because Victory Chryslar in Rome performed warranty work on the same item months earlier. Chryslar warranty shou refused warranty work on my vehicle because Victory Chryslar in Rome performed warranty work on the same item months earlier. Chryslar warranty should be handled at all Chryslar dealers. Nye sells them but refuses to complete warranty work on them when they are still under warranty. More
Very nice service department. Had trans pan gasket replaced due to small class 1 leak. Checked after three weeks of driving and it's still leaking. Had coolant flush done and I'm concerned that coolant system may not have enough coolant Checked after three weeks of driving and it's still leaking. The dealership did a good job of communicating what parts were needed for the repair and came up with an estimate that included all the parts. Then eventually, some of those parts were not needed and I was n were needed for the repair and came up with an estimate that included all the parts.
