This is for the service department. I wish I could give it -1 star for wasting my time. Since the day after I bought my 2020 BMW in June the driver restraint system has malfunctioned so I took it in the be it -1 star for wasting my time. Since the day after I bought my 2020 BMW in June the driver restraint system has malfunctioned so I took it in the be fixed with the oil change and selected for the loaner option when placing the appointment for while it is being fixed due to having to physically have to go to work in person from 10am - 6:30. so a few days later I get a call saying they cant guarantee that and to please call back. I call back and I am assured by the lady that if I have to be at work they will get it worked out and was nice and helpful. She also said that she will also have my advisor call me back and leave a message (that part never happened of course). Fast forward to get up extra early and drive to Decatur ..GUESS WHAT! after checking in no loaners available.. do you guys have any clue how much this pisses people off? I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my car serviced and a driver restraint issue fixed. xxxx poor service and they couldn't car less. More
Terrible communication from service staff. Better service from the receptionist than service staff. No loaner offered. Customer service training desperately needed for the dealership. Dealership has great inventory, but neither the lease trade in nor the buying process were smooth. Spent 6+ hours there and have found out the finance paperwork wasn't filed correctly, so i'm still wasti trade in nor the buying process were smooth. After 3 weeks, my trade in has not been paid off and I have a payment that will draft this week - I called and emailed repeatedly and have not recd a reply or return phone call. I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic - but a simple reply to an email should be a reasonable request. I was pleased during the sales process, but very frustrated after the sale! More

The receptionist on the phone connected me with sales associate Chris Yarbough. Chris exceeded my expectations and made my first car purchase so simple. It was incredible. I also worked with the GSM Chuck Hodges who was also excellent. If you ever stop into Nalley, make sure to deal with these two guys! They will help you in the most honest way possible. More
I took my new BMW X5 to this dealership several months ago and the service was so horrible that they gave me a $250 gift card to a local restaurant. Now it’s time for service again so I decided to give them another chance. I scheduled my service online on their website and requested valet service. I never heard from them so I called and was told that I was on the schedule and it did have valet. The service was for tomorrow and since I haven’t heard from them regarding a pickup time, I called the dealership. I was told that I was not assigned an advisor and that if I did it online, they don’t communicate with the advisor. In other words, I do not have an appointment. I asked to speak with service manager. He was not available but was sent a message to call me. I told the girl that she could tell him if he didn’t call me back today, I would go to another dealership. He didn’t call! I will never go there again. Also, we were wanting to trade cars but will not go there for that either. More

I told him the specific car that I wanted to test drive and he said it was still available. He said I would be meeting with the manager named Chuck. This was at 12:00. We live in Athens, so it took us 1 hr. 20 min. to get there. I set the appointment for 2:00PM. We even arrived early at 1:45. When we get there, Chuck hands us off to some salesperson who doesn't even know what car we want to test drive. We tell him, he walks away and comes back and said the car was sold 20 min. ago! We told him we needed to speak with the manager Chuck. Chuck comes over to the nasty cubicle, I might add (the place is dump) and tells us the same thing. We are shocked! He said the "other manager" who just happens to be at lunch sold it 20 min. prior. SO convenient! Total bait and switch!! He then proceeds to say, conveniently, that "we have some other cars we can sell you". Right, you have totally and completely pissed us off and we are now going to buy another car from you. That is about the time we exited. Zero class, zero professionalism. Do not waste your time! More

Horrible Service Department I've been calling for 3 weeks leaving messages for my service advisor. I've let messages again today for the service manager. No return call. Got the advisor, he gave me the run around. I had an oil leak and an air conditioner leak inside my car. I paid them thousands of dollars and these problems were not fix correctly because I'm having the same issue. All they want to do is sell you new tires at each visit. I left another message at 5:30 today for the service manager and general manager. I'm calling the news stations next. This is horrible. I will never buy another BMW. I love my car but hate the customer service. Every time I go I get a new advisor. They cannot keep employees. I also left a message for the GM Marlin. Let's see if anyone calls me back. More
Zero Stars... Nalley BMW of Decatur is the worst place to take your car for service. We took our car in for an oil leak. An abundance of service visits later and thousands of dollars, we have no car. Nalley was continuously charging us for a problem that they knew BMW was in a class action lawsuit about. When the lawsuit settled and their legal team agreed to replace the engines of the models affected, we thought we were finally going to be done with Nalley. We were so wrong. Nalley replaced the engine and charged us almost five thousand dollars, because the settlement only covered sixty percent of the cost to replace the engine. They never took into consideration the thousands we had spend with them for an oil leak that they knew were the cause of a faulty engine. Two months later we were having the same problems. We took our vehicle back to them, but this time we never got our car back. The technician rear ended someone in our car and totaled it. When contacted about the accident we were lied to. They claimed it was not their fault, that someone had ran head on to the technician. After receiving the police report were it started that they were at fault and cited for the accident, no one called to try to clear up the matter. We reached out to the GM Marlon and he stated that he was not aware of the accident, while in the same conversation telling us that he was the person that received our vehicle from the police impound. Two months went by and the problem was still not resolved, we had to finally file a claim with our insurance company. No one from Nalley BMW of Decatur has even tried to contact us to try and rectify the situation. We had been a loyal customer for over four years and it was as if the incident never happened. I would not recommend their establishment for service or sales. They do not appreciate your business, or know how to treat loyal customers. More
