Best Carbuying Experience I went in for service on my 328i. From the moment I came in, I was treated with top notch service. While waiting, I met a salesperson, Felicia Jones. I went in for service on my 328i. From the moment I came in, I was treated with top notch service. While waiting, I met a salesperson, Felicia Jones. She showed me their inventory never being pushy. After talking to her briefly, I felt like I was not only free to look but also that she was very knowledgable about the BMW brand. So much so that I ended up buying another BMW and brought my wife back a day later to buy a car as well. Kudos to Felicia Jones- my salesperson, Jay Moore- the Finance Director; who was exceptional and the service department for taking great care of my original vehicle. He talked with us and determined what we were looking for - model, price range etc.. He then showed us various cars and once we had decided on a model and interior/exterior colors he took us on a test drive and introduced us to Chuck. The price negotiation went smoothly and we proceeded to talk with Jay, the Finance Director. When we picked up the car Ashton explained the operation of the controls etc. All the employees we had contact with were extremely friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. More
