My wife and I had been shopping for a BMW for the last few months. we had gone to dealerships in North Florida, South Georgia and the internet. I do not usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received recently, I felt it was right to share. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Marcus Mullins on the purchase of with the service I received recently, I felt it was right to share. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Marcus Mullins on the purchase of our first BMW. From the beginning, Marcus was attentive and patient as we learned about the cars. We had spoken to him via phone prior to going to the dealership and when we arrived, he was ready with not only possible car options, but numbers as well. We spent about an hour on the test drive, where he pointed out many characteristics specific to the car itself. Furthermore, when it came time to make a deal, without us even asking, he brought us a price that we were comfortable with and accepted. To have a car buying experience where you feel like you got a good value without having to haggle is rare but we definitely had this at Nalley. We actually picked up the car the next day, on Marcus's scheduled day off, but he came in to make sure the transaction was smooth and again to show more details on the car. He spent multiple hours on his day off to complete this. My wife works in a client oriented business and she was most impressed with his attention to detail and to the customer. We would absolutely recommend working with Marcus and in turn, Nalley BMW. More
We purchased our new BMW 528i Xdrive from Nalley based on three factors: 1. Working with Felicia was the best experience I have ever had talking with a car sales person; she was polite, quick to respond v three factors: 1. I have purchased three new vehicles and Felicia is, by far, the best agent I have had the pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended her to two of my close friends. 2. Nalley BMW was the most effective BMW dealership team that we saw based on our work with four other dealers in the South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia area. 3. Nalley had the car that we wanted. My rating here reflects my review above. More
This is the second time in two months I brought me car in for a oil leak. I felt as if they was doing me a favor by looking at my car. This is the worst service I ever had at a car dealership. I purchased a used BMW to see if I would like the car prior to me getting a new one. I really like the car, but I would have to find another service department to work on it. I currently have a Lexus and they give excellent customer service. Very disappointed in the BMW dealership in Decatur. More
When you own a luxury brand vehicle there is a certain expectation you have when taking your baby "vehicle" in for service. You 1 want to be treated with respect, 2 want to feel important, 3 want to feel expectation you have when taking your baby "vehicle" in for service. You 1 want to be treated with respect, 2 want to feel important, 3 want to feel that your time is valued and respected. With the latest visit to Nalley BMW they did all three. From the moment I called my sales rep to refer me to the service department, to the time I drove off with my car 4 days later it was and absolute pleasure. Ahmad always kept me up to date about my car situation and what was being done to it. Once it was determined that the required fix would take more than 3 hours I had a loaner car given to me and I was able to return to my normal routine in a heartbeat. This is how luxury car owners should be treated. More
I dropped by BMW 745LI off to this location due to a check engine light on December 16th 2013 for repairs. On December 20th, I was told that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon driving home the check check engine light on December 16th 2013 for repairs. On December 20th, I was told that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon driving home the check engine light came back on less than 20 miles from the dealership. I returned to the dealership and was put into a loaner vehicle (Good). On the 23rd of December I was phoned again telling me that my BMW was ready for pickup and before even leaving the service department the check engine light came back on again. Again I was placed in a loaner (Good). This BMW dealer is 2 hours round trip from my home, so now I have racked up 4 hours in trip time to this dealer for repeated repair failures. On, the 1st of January 2014, the service loaner broke down, due to a check engine light also, but after sitting and waiting for the tow truck for about 1 hour the vehicle finally started. On January 2, 2014, I was called again to come in and pick up my BMW 745LI, again the same issue with the loaner car, will not start after fueling the vehicle (Bad). I finally made it to the dealership, only to find out that my car key was missing and paperwork was nowhere to be found. I was greeted by Ramses Blalock and made him aware of my situation, he was very unhelpful and was very unwilling to help and his only solution was to come back the next day. I informed him that I had drove 1 hour to this service location and it was now 8:00 p.m.. If it was not efforts of another gentleman, from the vehicle loaner department, I would not have recieved my vehicle. ( I thank him greatly for his efforts). Upon leaving the facility I noticed that my vehicle was on reserve fuel, I know when I brought my vehicle in to this service department, my fuel capacity was three quarters of a tank, so my question is, what service deaprtment performs repairs and drives your vehicle until empty and gives it back to their customer (Bad). Also my truck carpet look like the sevice tech laid parts in my trunk and my trunk carpet has oil and grease stains. Also, I did not receive the carwash that I was promised. Overall, I can say my original servcie advisor Steve Sawtelle was very professional and pleasant to deal with, throughout this whole ordeal, and I will rate his service 5 stars. This service visit has been the worst that I have ever experience while owning my BMW, and I would not recommend this type of service to anyone. More

I have had several BMW's over the years, but we recently purchased our first "pre-owned" BMW and wanted to have it inspected by a certified BMW mechanic, as well as have an oil change that was comi recently purchased our first "pre-owned" BMW and wanted to have it inspected by a certified BMW mechanic, as well as have an oil change that was coming up performed. Before we had the opportunity to do so, the car began sending messages that the battery was discharging when stopped. I immediately made an appointment at Nalley because it was closer to my office than United, where I had purchased my other BMWs. I am so glad that I did! My service rep was so helpful and went beyond my expectations to not only explain what was needed, but helped me with several things that I was still unfamiliar with about my car. I was greeted upon arrival by several and treated with the greatest of respect during my visit. I did not purchase my car at Nalley, but when I am in the market again, they will be my first stop. Especially if their sales team is anywhere near the caliber of the Service Advisors and staff. Thank you, Bevan Doyle, for a great experience! More
