I cane in for a routine oil change on Sept 16 2025. I was told I had a leak In the oil pan and it needed to be replaced @..$3775. Mind you, no leaking, no lights indicating any problems prior to my visit. They suggested I dont drive it, " it should be towed" I drove home , by the time I got home it was leaking significantly. I went and had a second opinion. The mechanic looked and found the plug was loosened! I paid him $30 to adjust.plug..I don't trust them. Left several messages for Mgr to return call. No follow up!! Unethical.. Needless to say I waited 2.5hrs for a oil change.. Im riding just fine and holding on to my $3775.. I would NOT recommend taking my car there again or referring anyone to this Showroom... STAY AWAY FROM NALLEY BMW of DECATUR! !! The Service dept is HORRIBLE!! Exactly a year ago I took my 2022 X3 to get its 1st maintaince service. Timothy McGinley the "service advisor" NEVE !! The Service dept is HORRIBLE!! Exactly a year ago I took my 2022 X3 to get its 1st maintaince service. Timothy McGinley the "service advisor" NEVER told me or recommended a wheel alignment. A year later on 9/28/23 I took my car again for the oil/filter change. This time the "service advisor" was Desmond Roberts. Desmond was very unfriendly and racist. He told me my car needed BRAND NEW TIRES LOL. I said the tires look perfectly fine to me and he said based on BMW standards you need NEW TIRES. I told him that nobody told me a year ago about the wheel alignment. I asked him if we can go ahead and do a wheel alignment now and he flat out denied me the service. He said it wasn't worth doing because my car needs New tires. He said I should buy a least 2 new tires and then do the alignment. He also didn't mention that I needed a new wiper, just like they never mentioned the wheel alignment last year. I decided to get a second opinion from 2 reputable tire companies. Both agreed that my tires are in good condition and all I needed was a wheel alignment to make sure the tires will last another 2 years! Desmond Roberts lied to me telling me that I have to buy brand new tires, when in actuality the tires are in good condition. He let me go knowing that my car was in need of a wheel alignment jeopardizing my safety. He DENIED me the alignment service because I didn't want to buy brand new tires on the spot! The lack of customer service from a luxury car dealership is ridiculous! I will never recommend Nalley BMW of Decatur and I will NEVER buy a car from them. More
The guy who “runs” the loaner car department is a joke. I was prepared to pay for a new tire after getting a flat in a loaner car. I was told by the some else who called me and was aggressive that I was al I was prepared to pay for a new tire after getting a flat in a loaner car. So I went in to get clarification. The service manager was too busy to be bothered as he was in a meeting. Shabazz stated I owed the money and that was it. I feel Iike what I was told should have been honored. I have been a customer since 2008, and I’m on my 12 BMW. Nalley has A LOT to learn. #disappointed. They weren’t even ready to take my payment when I arrived. It took 20 minutes before anyone had the paper work ready. And yet I get a call saying they were ready for my money?????? More
From the moment I arrived at my appointment in the service department every person I came in contact with was professional and courteous. Ali was my service representative and he was great notifying m service department every person I came in contact with was professional and courteous. Ali was my service representative and he was great notifying me and working with me to get my car serviced. About an hour later I was sent a video that the technician had done with a detailed description of what my car needed done. That was awesome! My car has only been serviced by BMW from the inside to the outside and I can tell you that I will continue to drive from Buckhead Ga to Decatur Ga to have my car serviced here because my car ran like new. I had quite a bit of work done and it was worth every penny. From Service Manager Steve Jerrell, Ali and everyone else in that department A+. My 2011 BWM 328i Convertible I’ve had for this many years is driving better then it has since I drove it off the BMW lot in Gwinnett. Thank you! More
Today I had a appointment at 7 am for an oil change. I have a 2014 BMW 428i that have 8900 miles. I drive very little with this car. But the problem wa I indicated an oil changes but after I contacted t I have a 2014 BMW 428i that have 8900 miles. I drive very little with this car. But the problem wa I indicated an oil changes but after I contacted the service advisor, he stated they was doing an inspection however which I didn’t approved. With.that they wrote several things that was needed over a thousand dollars with a car that have 8900 hundred original miles that is garage kept. I personally opinion is that this is a way of extorting money from their customers. Please beware, ask for evidence and share with other customers of this behavior. More
Last time I was there I had a bad experience it was the worst day of my life. I came to BMW Nalley To have service done on my vehicle. I came in had warranty and I had nothing done to my car. My vehicle was off alignment was shaking in the front tires and Needed change oil. I’ll call two days later they said to come pick up the vehicle when I got to the vehicle still the same. He told me that they needed to order parts and tires and he’ll call me in two days. I asked him if the vehicle safe to drive like this he said yes it is safe to drive like that gave me his work. Two days dater my wheel comes off the steering rod on the right passenger front tire broke almost killed me & my uncle driving back from the airport. Ever since then I’ve been trying to get a hold of Mr. Ali. It’s been a struggle. And they say that BMW Has five star ratings and safety. I doubt that. More
