Zero Stars... Nalley BMW of Decatur is the worst place to take your car for service. We took our car in for an oil leak. An abundance of service visits later and thousands of dollars, we have no car. Nalley was continuously charging us for a problem that they knew BMW was in a class action lawsuit about. When the lawsuit settled and their legal team agreed to replace the engines of the models affected, we thought we were finally going to be done with Nalley. We were so wrong. Nalley replaced the engine and charged us almost five thousand dollars, because the settlement only covered sixty percent of the cost to replace the engine. They never took into consideration the thousands we had spend with them for an oil leak that they knew were the cause of a faulty engine. Two months later we were having the same problems. We took our vehicle back to them, but this time we never got our car back. The technician rear ended someone in our car and totaled it. When contacted about the accident we were lied to. They claimed it was not their fault, that someone had ran head on to the technician. After receiving the police report were it started that they were at fault and cited for the accident, no one called to try to clear up the matter. We reached out to the GM Marlon and he stated that he was not aware of the accident, while in the same conversation telling us that he was the person that received our vehicle from the police impound. Two months went by and the problem was still not resolved, we had to finally file a claim with our insurance company. No one from Nalley BMW of Decatur has even tried to contact us to try and rectify the situation. We had been a loyal customer for over four years and it was as if the incident never happened. I would not recommend their establishment for service or sales. They do not appreciate your business, or know how to treat loyal customers.
