Terrible communication from service staff. Better service from the receptionist than service staff. No loaner offered. Customer service training desperately needed for the dealership. Simple routine maintenance should not take one week. Ever. Manage how many cars you take in if you can’t service them properly.

"Horrible Service Department"

I've been calling for 3 weeks leaving messages for my service advisor. I've let messages again today for the service manager. No return call. I called again late today. Got the advisor, he gave me the run around. I had an oil leak and an air conditioner leak inside my car. I paid them thousands of dollars and these problems were not fix correctly because I'm having the same issue. All they want to do is sell you new tires at each visit. I left another message at 5:30 today for the service manager and general manager. I'm calling the news stations next. This is horrible. I will never buy another BMW. I love my car but hate the customer service. Every time I go I get a new advisor. They cannot keep employees. I also left a message for the GM Marlin. Let's see if anyone calls me back.

"Zero Stars... Nalley BMW of Decatur is the worst place to..."

Zero Stars... Nalley BMW of Decatur is the worst place to take your car for service. We took our car in for an oil leak. An abundance of service visits later and thousands of dollars, we have no car. Nalley was continuously charging us for a problem that they knew BMW was in a class action lawsuit about. When the lawsuit settled and their legal team agreed to replace the engines of the models affected, we thought we were finally going to be done with Nalley. We were so wrong. Nalley replaced the engine and charged us almost five thousand dollars, because the settlement only covered sixty percent of the cost to replace the engine. They never took into consideration the thousands we had spend with them for an oil leak that they knew were the cause of a faulty engine. Two months later we were having the same problems. We took our vehicle back to them, but this time we never got our car back. The technician rear ended someone in our car and totaled it. When contacted about the accident we were lied to. They claimed it was not their fault, that someone had ran head on to the technician. After receiving the police report were it started that they were at fault and cited for the accident, no one called to try to clear up the matter. We reached out to the GM Marlon and he stated that he was not aware of the accident, while in the same conversation telling us that he was the person that received our vehicle from the police impound. Two months went by and the problem was still not resolved, we had to finally file a claim with our insurance company. No one from Nalley BMW of Decatur has even tried to contact us to try and rectify the situation. We had been a loyal customer for over four years and it was as if the incident never happened. I would not recommend their establishment for service or sales. They do not appreciate your business, or know how to treat loyal customers.

Worst customer service at a service department I have ever experienced. Almost 2 hours to simply drop off for a SCHEDULED appointment!!! No BMW loaner provided, utilized Enterprise rental car instead. Actual mechanical work that was accomplished was fine.

Absolutely a predatory, incompetent and racist facility. I’ve continuously brought my BMW Alpina B7 into this place and they would at every chance up charge me not to mention never fixing what the car was initially there for and this last time My car was given to me with scuff marks on it and they flat out refused to resolve the issue!

Well, I am seriously considering pursuing a buyback on this vehicle. This will be the fourth trip back to the dealership. Bought the car a little over 2 months ago.This can't be a certified vehicle. I am beyond livid. This time the A/ C is blowing warm air. The exact same problem the vehicle was brought in for 2 weeks and kept for 3 days. This is a pure nightmare!!!

I had my car towed in the first week of July because my timing chain apparently broke. My service advisor through this entire process has been great but the shop is extremely sketchy. I was informed my chain was under warranty so they replaced it. I was then told that my engine was knocking and they initially tried to blame my oil before replacing the motor. Then I was told my O2 sensor was bad and my AC compressor was "falling apart." Come to find out there is a hole in my compressor and my AC doesnt work. They brought the car to me without AC saying it would cost approx $1500 to replace. I had no issue with AC before. I brought my car to my local shop. My mechanic told me he is reluctant to sell me a repair because the AC hose was pinched during the install of the new motor which could have caused damage to the compressor along with other rushed install work. Brought the car back the very next day and told them the findings of my mechanic. It is now the 20th of August and I still am getting push back on the cause of damage to my compressor. I will be picking my car up today and having the repairs done at my local shop. I thank my service advisor for his help but I wont be returning for any services at this location. I have been without my car for a month and a half and have more issues now then when I brought the car in. Also good luck with getting a loaner vehicle at this location. For two plus weeks I have been driving a Ford. The first week I actually paid for my own rental since they didnt have a loaner available. Unacceptable from a brand with the esteem of BMW.

I agree with reviewer from a couple months back, apparently, when they have no info to provide, they avoid you like a plague. Have not heard from Advisor by email or phone regarding my X series.... No problem with collecting my $2900, but continual problem with repairing and responding to customers. No offer of loaner, or anything. This place has gone to the dogs~
