Pissed I came to get a oil change for the second time. Never again, I called the day before was told what all comes with a oil change. Only to come in the fo I came to get a oil change for the second time. Never again, I called the day before was told what all comes with a oil change. Only to come in the following morning at 7am to sit over 2 dam hours and get just a oil change. No tire rotation but, come tell me I need 2 new tires and they expect me to spend my money here. Let me go back to my first visit when Fred told me I had a recall on my car and would need to leave me my car. When I ask will it be a all day thing he stated "it probably will because it's a electrical issue with the breaks". I then ask do you all provide transportation he said, "we will make sure you are dropped off and picked up". I then find out Ivory Chevrolet provide loaner cars depending on the repair of your car. After today, I'm done dealing with this place!!! Not to mention I have seen people pull on way after me come and go. I'm beyond xxxx!!! More
