Naliey never did get my plate to me. These people that I dealt with is very dishonest and would tell you anything to get your business. I also paid $3657.00 for extended warranty I called the company and they said I don’t have a policy with them put proof that I paid through my credit card and call several times leaving message after Message unable to get in touch with mr Freddie Thompson trying to get my money back More

I had to take my car in for servicing last week! The check engine light was on and I could not pass the emission test! My Chevy Malibu has low miles. Mr. Jamari Jordon was my assigned tech. He was professional, soft spoken and I felt knowledgeable! Well I found out the problem was the oil rocker (and he explained it). The cost was more than I could afford and I was about to leave! Then he said,” Miss Bacon, wait a minute. Let me check on something. It may not cost you at all!” He consulted with another tech and come to find out it was a defective part! I was in awe! (I had been praying the whole time I was in the service center)! He told me they had the part in stock and would fix it now! I was hungry and had been there for several hours! He immediately asked “Patrick” their driver to take me to get something to eat! Patrick was nice and we bonded almost immediately as well! When we returned, my car was done! I am so glad that Jamari did some extra research and I left paying nothing! I am so thankful for Jamari’s due diligence and professionalism! Thank you all so much! More

I would definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. I test drove a vehicle. I was very interested and informed the salesman Trosky that the tires felt unbalanced and the light came on from this place. I test drove a vehicle. When I came back, it appeared that air was put in the tire. During my drive home the light came on again. I returned the next day. Of course I was given the run around. Serviced said that they were waiting on a tire sensor. I went back two days later, it had not been ordered. 4 days later I spoke with Barry in parts who said that Mercedes would not answer the phone. I called Mercedes who immediately answered. The tire blew out on the highway. The least they could have down was replaced the tires. Thank GOD I wasn’t driving fast and they the cars behind me were able to get over and not hit me. Disgusting customer service! Stay away! They don’t care, they just wanted the sale. More
