Misrepresented I was contacted by an associate at Ivory Chevrolet stating there was a recall on my 2010 Chevy Cobalt and I needed to come in as soon as possible beca I was contacted by an associate at Ivory Chevrolet stating there was a recall on my 2010 Chevy Cobalt and I needed to come in as soon as possible because your car is unsafe, we are going to put you in a 2014 Chevy Cruze your payment will stay the same I stated and no money down because I have none to put down and they stated no money down. We just need to do an appraisal on your car. I get to the dealership I was greeted by a Chante and she sat me down with a sales associate Andrea which she was very pleasant I test drove the car which I fell in love with only to end up being very disappointed. I was told I needed another $1000 or a co-signer. My impression from the phone call they were doing a trade because my car was not safe. I wouldn't of been even looking for another car if Ivory Chevrolet did not call me. I still feel some kind of way about this because I was mislead. More

I asked for Scott and he was sick so Nick Mormon worked with my wife and I ,we made another offer which was accepted and we purchased the auto. There was only one set of keys we asked for a second set of keys Nick said he would order me a key . I was impressed that at Ivory Chevrolet they back there sales people after the sale. More

We have been searching near and far for a newly used, low mile, Tacoma for about 6 months. We finally found one at Ivory. We were also coming from Florida, about a four and a half hour drive. Lacoy assured us the trip would be worth it! All of the staff including Mark, Joe and Mikael were amazing! It was very refreshing to deal with honest people who were not concerned with the dollar but instead concerned with what the customer needed and wanted. A special thank you to the owner who went above and beyond to meet our families needs with no complaints. Though it is distance for us we will back to purchase in the future!
