I spoke to him on the phone yesterday and told him I would probably come by to LOOK at a Alfred Daniel!!!!! He is WONDERFUL...What a sweetheart.... My experience with this dealership is very saddening,because from the time i first walked in and explained my situation (the reason for having challenged credit)along with giving $3,000.00 as saddening,because from the time i first walked in and explained my situation (the reason for having challenged credit)along with giving $3,000.00 as down payment money ,I was a happy customer.Then 33days later the finance manager Joesph Johnson calls me and tells me "Im sorry i need the truck back on the lot, its my fault i let the approval exspire. You can not begin to imagine the problems this caused .Im a single dad that takes care of my two kids and i work EVERYDAY!! HARD. this vehicle served as main transportation and extra side jobs ,and recreation with the kids and our two boxers dogs.Joesph did offer to pay for 2 days of rental on a pick-up from Enterprise if i brought the truck back,but this is the beginning of my work week what happens after that!I dont get it, i have a contract with my payment amount,the bank name and address and his (Joesph)word theres no problem you're approved he assured me this at least twice.Here's the part that really took the cake . Today 4/11/2012 he sent three men that were not employees of Ivory Chevrolet,tinted windows,the driver drinking a can of Bush beer, to my place of employment ,this was a very bad look in the corporate arena.they stated the were picking up a vehicle for Ivory Chevrolet .i told them that i plan to give the vehicle back as soon as i arrange for other transportation.They then called Joesph and after a short conversation afterwards they stated let the police handle it,again i have a great position within the corporate world and all of this is going on in front of the building and on cameras . The passenger in the back seat then produced my deposite check totaling the 3k.i wanted them to leave so i gave them the key More

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Ivory Chevrolet. We came in undecided at what type of vehicle that we were looking for, which I know that would make it hard for any salesman, but Alfred D Chevrolet. We were on and off the car lot on approxiamately 4 occassions, while shopping around elsewhere also trying to find the right vehicle for us. I must say that Alfred's follow-up skills and personality was the deal breaker in my wife and I choosing Ivory Chevrolet. I actually told my wife that I hope that Alfred finds us a suitable vehicle because I didn't want to buy from another salesman, considering the effort that he put forth for us throughout the 3 week process. Fortunately, the next time that we visited him, he did just that. We purchased an expedition that was perfect for our family, thsnks to Alfred for giving us a good heads up first. I could actually go on about the service that we received from Alfred, but I just want everyone to know that I will definitely refer more customers to Ivory Chevrolet because of the experience that we received the first time. My experience was one to remember from the moment my husband and I drove onto Ivory Chevrolet's property. Salesman, Alfred Daniel greeted us with a smile, asked us if we were in the market to purchase a husband and I drove onto Ivory Chevrolet's property. Salesman, Alfred Daniel greeted us with a smile, asked us if we were in the market to purchase a vehicle, inquired about our price range and the rest was history. With a "couple" of challenges on my credit, Mr. Daniel had us approved within minutes and asked which vehicle were we in the market to buy. At the time, Ivory Chevrolet did not have what we were looking for on the lot. Mr. Daniel acknowledged that he could put me in a vehicle that day but HE WANTED TO FIND US THE VEHICLE THAT WOULD MAKE US HAPPY. Mr. Daniel could have just made a sale but he assured us that he would keep his eyes open for MY SUV...and that he did! From the moment the SUV came on the lot, Mr. Daniel called and told me to stop everything to pick up my SUV as it would not be there by close of business! Everyone was trying to test drive my silver Crysler ASPEN (LOL). I just want to THANK Alfred for staying honest and committed thoughout my experience with Ivory Chevrolet.
