The service advisor, Russell, was incoherent and did not know what if anything was done to my vehicle. They did not answer or respond to msgs asking about the status of my repairs. The service manager ,Tony, was rude and offered no help or resolution to my issues. It was so bad , I have to get a tow truck to take my vehicle away from them. They lied about numerous issues, and even after having my vehicle for 2 weeks with nothing done to it, they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee of $250 when no diagnostic was taken, because the vehicles battery was dead. Didn't even offer to charge my battery at least. I will never have a car serviced at a chevy/gm service center ever again. This is the level of service I've gotten at at least 2 different service centers in the Atlanta area. I would rate it negative stars if I could. I had to get them ,IN PERSON, on the phone with Gm representatives to figure out what was going on, and they didn't even know what computer systems gm uses to communicate customer issues. This service center needs to be restructuring and retraining. The service center didn't even answer the phone, the 5 times I called, while I was in the lobby looking directlyat them sitting at thier desks. But the sales dept answered on the 1st ring...go figure. More

We still do not have the car back. In 2 days, it will be TWO weeks. The service voicemail box is full. No one answers calls. We finally received a text that the car was ready. When we arrived at the dealership at ~815am, no one was available to discuss the situation with the car. The service manager had a line. Dealership and Customer Experience Manager don’t come into 9-930. I ended up giving my wife my car and taking a rideshare back home. This kind of customer disservice shows a level of business incompetence and lack of customer care that is intolerable. Please do business elsewhere. You will thank me later. More
Living a nightmare with nalley! Also they had to do that because my windows were up when it was delivered they lied and told me a tech would spend all day Sat on my car and they would call no call big surprise right and the guy never showed to work on my car! So I end with just stay away from this place they are nothing but a joke and be careful the manger Robert will get in your face for no reason and act like he's going to attack you! More
I had my car serviced today, printed out specials from website. The advisor was not educated on most of the specials and informed me that he didn't know what was on the website because he never visits it. website. I ask him if they matched prices , he said no when it clearly states on special Guaranteed Price Match on tires. This has never happened in the past because I have always had the best advisor's here. I had to take my car in for servicing last week! The check engine light was on and I could not pass the emission test! My Chevy Malibu has low miles. Mr. Jamari Jordon was my assigned tech. He was professional, soft spoken and I felt knowledgeable! Well I found out the problem was the oil rocker (and he explained it). The cost was more than I could afford and I was about to leave! Then he said,” Miss Bacon, wait a minute. Let me check on something. It may not cost you at all!” He consulted with another tech and come to find out it was a defective part! I was in awe! (I had been praying the whole time I was in the service center)! He told me they had the part in stock and would fix it now! I was hungry and had been there for several hours! He immediately asked “Patrick” their driver to take me to get something to eat! Patrick was nice and we bonded almost immediately as well! When we returned, my car was done! I am so glad that Jamari did some extra research and I left paying nothing! I am so thankful for Jamari’s due diligence and professionalism! Thank you all so much! More
