Will Davis,Tyrone And Jay Williams were exceptional!!!!My experience was sooo smooth.. Will worked out everything for me.. I was actually in the dealership less than 2hrs.. "Fool me once - shame on you. "

I took my car in for service Monday morning September 10, 2018 I expected some type of contact from them because that’s what I was told by Carl he said we need your email address because we can not contact always by phone. I went back the next day as I was standing looking at his computer as he pull up my file I notice in the category for emai it said no email. I told him I specifically gave you my email because you said that would be the main way you would contact me. He gave some flimsy excuse that he had written it on paper and he didn’t have the paper with him. I did not get my car back until September 24,2018 two weeks later! If they had offered a Courtesy car it may not have been so bad. But no I was told none were available. They could take me where I needed to go. Really? I don’t live in Union City. When it was Ivory Chevrolet the service was totally different. The Rep would come to you as you pulled up. Now that it’s Nalley you get out and go in to them. If you ask me they ALL need to be trained on how to treat customers. Fool me twice-shame on me (It will nerver happen).

"Extremely Poor customer service "

- Frustrated Customer

Issues: The service phone is NEVER answered; car was kept over weekend with no explanation or diagnostic; diagnostic sent on Monday via email instead of phone call. We had a scheduled appointment for Friday morning but the car was not looked at until after 3pm. I never received a call re findings or even a courtesy call to notify that the car would be kept the ENTIRE weekend. One receptionist was kind enough to walk back to the service area and ask them to answer the phone, but at 6pm they left with no follow up call. I had to physically go there on Saturday to get an update, which was, “we still don’t know what’s wrong with your car” I fully understand when things get behind, but NO ONE even made an attempt to contact us. Then when they determined possible repairs, it was sent via email—NO PHONE CALL AT ALL. When I asked why there was no call, I was told that they usually just send the email and wait for approval. That’s ridiculous. If I could rate 0 for customer service, I would. This will be my final visit to Nalley Chevrolet in Union City.

I have been to Ivory Chevrolet on many occasions and have only left once with terrible service. That was my first time visiting but as I went back the service kept getting better. Fred is the best man for any job and will make sure you leave happy! He always makes sure I am taken care of, I appreciate him a lot.

"Umstatified Customer"

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Camaro from Ivory in April of this year. After purchase , I was assured headliner would be repaired. A few weeks later I delivered my car to them for repair.It took them a month to repair,only to receive my car back with headliner installed unprofessionally and scratches on my car. I had to take it back a few days later ,picked it up after two weeks with my rear defroster not working,door panel separated from door and rubber scratched and not properly put on. This as been the worse car purchase in my life. The so called certified service professional are incompetent.I has filed a complaint with BBB and next with State consumer protection agency. Stay away Ivory consumers.

"Bad warranty"

Sold us a extended warranty that is a absolute joke. How can you fix a car without running a diagnostic. We specifically asked for a extended bumper to bumper warranty and warranty solutions was recommended by the dealership. Bad customer service,won't call the service provider,Chris is a liar, they took advantage of my girl,he authorized a diagnostic, we were then told that the spark plugs haven't been changed and the battery had not been changed. This dealership claims to put their cars through a rigorous inspection process. Our deductible is 100$, but somehow we are being asked to pay 150$ for absolutely nothing. I have a warranty with carmax,simple easy and great customer service. Do not buy a car from this dealership,and if you do,don't let them give you warranty solutions as a extended warranty. This is my 1st of many reviews. I will put them up every where I can. Absolutely a ripoff.
