These guys are Crooks!! BE AWARE!!!! Do Not Buy A car from these guys!! They have wasted 4 hours of my time on one day and then 3 hours of my time on the second day trying to scam me. They sold me a car and when I came out to drive the car off the lot, turned out they had switched out my car to a cheaper model thinking I might not recognize the car they sold is missing the navigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! Oh FYI - LEEROW - He does not have any sort of professionalism. Half way throughout the deal he will start calling you "bro" instead of "sir" like other salesman do. If they don't like you they will stop answering your calls. More
I made the mistake of purchasing a new car at Nalley Honda about a month ago. Thinking that i had a firm deal with the internet sales department, i had a coworker drop me off at the dealership. Things soon began to slowly go downhill as i was passed off from person to person with lengthy intervals in between. I indicated that i had already arranged a deal on a specific vehicle, and that i just needed to verify the figures. Yet another person comes out with all kinds of pricing and interest rates and such written on the dreaded "four square" document that car salespeople try to confuse you with. I told him that i would buy the car at the price given to me over the phone, and not one penny more. So, at around 10:15 that night i finally was able to leave with my new car. In the light of day the next morning, i discovered remnants of the plastic coating all over the car, which took hours to remove. Fast forward about 4 weeks, and my tag had not yet arrived. So, i called the dealership to find out that it had not even been applied for yet. Three different people, including the general manager, said they would find out whats going on and will get right back with me. Of course, no one ever called me back, and it looks as though i am going to have to sort out the tag on my own. In conclusion, i severely regret giving my business to such a poorly run dealership. We arrived at Nalley at 9am. After test driving 1 Odyssey, we decided to get a price on it with our trade in. Little did we know that we wouldn't leave till 1:30pm. Needless to say, we were in a hu Odyssey, we decided to get a price on it with our trade in. Little did we know that we wouldn't leave till 1:30pm. Needless to say, we were in a hurry by the time we got to financing because we kept telling them we needed to leave for an appointment at 2pm. So, they were able to easily slip by us over $3000 in extended warranties and service plans. We were never presented with the terms to not purchase them. We were shown a sheet with our choices and not selecting any of them wasn't on there. Yes, we should have read the contract more carefully, but they took advantage of needing to leave and being exhausted by the whole process. We did discover we could cancel the service, but that is a terrible waste of time also. They tell you both you and your spouse need to come in. There should be a way to cancel over the phone, by fax, or online. Still, we don't think this warranty is priced reasonably. Plus, if we don't return to their dealership there is a $100 deductible. So, we both went in to cancel. To our surprise, they only had me sign it and not my wife. So, there was really no reason why we both had to come. Again wasting our time again. Cancelling took a half hour including our time waiting for someone to see us. We have also learned that Honda offers an extended warranty and service that is good at ANY dealership without a deductible. We were never offered that as an option either. Finally, we managed to get a very small scrape in the back door when we opened it in our garage. No one there seemed to be able to tell us how to fix it. The parts department had no touch up paint for a 2013 model. They kept wanting to send us to a collision center. We just left disgusted. Overall, we like our Odyssey, but have serious reservations with ever doing business with Nalley again. We might try the dealership in LaGrange instead. More

My Sales person was Gregory Brown who is a exceptional salesman he helped me tremendously as well as Debra Heflim and Jason Tressa. They have a outstanding team at Nalley Honda of Union City my process was easy and smooth with no problems they will help you in way they can to get you in your new ride. I will refer anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle to them because their customer service exceeds most dealerships I have been to and the environment is very pleasant and friendly. I love my new car which is a 2011 Dodge Caliber and the trusted team of Nalley Honda of Union City!! Thank you all so very very much!! More

I have been a loyal customer at Nalley Honda in Union City having bought my 2000 and 2009 Honda Accord EX-VL Six Cylinder Cars from there and have always used their service department for all of my maint City having bought my 2000 and 2009 Honda Accord EX-VL Six Cylinder Cars from there and have always used their service department for all of my maintenance and repair service and I assuredly and confidently say that in my 13 years as being a customer there, the servicing of my cars have always been exceptional, high quality, top notch, and of the highest level. My service advisors for the last few years have been the Assistant Service Manager Mr. Chris Tomlinson, Mr. Karim Easley, and Ms. Hollie Higby who was recently took on a new position as Vehicle Exchange Specialist and I can say that they all are the best, most professional, kind, caring, warm, friendly, approachable, intelligent people and they go out of their way to make sure that I am satisified, pleased, and happy with the service of my car that I am given and that all of my questions have been answered and that all of my concerns have been addressed to my satisfaction. The two service technicians who I have working and providing the service maintainence and repairs to my car, the Foreman of all the Service Technicians Mr. Matt Wells and the Lead Team Leader Service Technician Mr. C.J. Jessop always do an exceptional, superior, excellent job on the servicing of my car and they are always available to answer any question address and solve any concerns that I may have about the maintainence of my vehicle. The leaders of the Nalley Honda Team, the Service Manager Mr. Joey Kelley, the Assistant Service Manager Mr. Chris Tomlinson, and Mr. Matt Wells, who is the Foreman over all of the ASE Certified Service Technicians all make sure that the Service Advisors and Technicians are doing and giving a superior, stellar, exceptional, great, excellent, outstanding, and first class service to all of the customers who come through their doors in not only meeting the customer's expectations, but far exceeding them in always providing supreme customer service excellence. I requested quotes from several dealerships on a 2013 CR-V and even visited dealerships to start the footwork for purchasing a new car. After visiting a dealer and feeling like they didn't take me seriously, I decided to call Nalley and speak with the internet manager. Lauren Davis recognized my name from my internet quote request, was friendly and patient with answering my questions. She quoted me a price for the exact vehicle (including color) which was already $400 less then previous dealer. That same night, I drove to Nalley where to my suprise upon arrival, Chris Akpan had my top 2 color choices parked right up front. I knew from that moment, my experience at Nalley was going to be different. I took a test drive with Chris, where he pointed out highlights of the vehicle and was courteous in answering my questions. Upon our return, we sat down and talked the numbers game which is to be expected when dealing with any dealership. This was my first time purchasing a new car and walking in as single female, my guard was up but I was ready to negotiate based on the research I had already gathered. When the first offer came my way I was surprised as it was almost $1000.00 higher then what Lauren had quoted. Of course, it included options I did not want but I was ready to put the work in to buy a car. LeRoy Slater (Business Manager) was quick to introduce himself and work with me to get to a price point that I was comfortable with. It was definitely a team approach which included the above, along with Shemar Jones and Demetrius McLendon (Finance Manager) to work with me to feel that I was getting a fair price on the exact car I wanted with options. All of their patience, friendliness and willingness to negotiate with this skeptic NY buyer put my preconceived notions to rest. Nalley's Sales team has set the bar high and I'm looking foward to their service department continuing the great customer service I have receieved in their showroom. Thanks!! More

I was absolutely delighted with my purchase of a new Honda today at Nalley Honda. This was the first new car for my son and the experience could not have been better. I requested quotes from four Honda dealers and Nalley was by far the most competitive. The three other dealers kept contacting me, whittling away at the difference in price, yet Nalley's initial quote was still the winner. They all bragged that they would beat Nalley's price, but when adding up the whole deal, Nalley was still the winner. Additionally, to my delight, every promise made by the Nalley team was kept without question. Kendel Lodge is an enthusiastic and knowledgeble sales professional that I highly recommend. Another factor that prompted me to award the business to Nalley was the online reviews of the service department and the outstanding work of Hollie Higby. I met Hollie today and learned that she was promoted, but she took my son and I over to the service department to meet Marty, who commited to provide the same high level of customer service. A special shout out goes to Ray Gibson, the Finance Manager, who clearly presented the finance options and documents, with no pressure, just facts. Hollie is one of those rare people who "GET" customer service. She and the rest of the service staff are amazingly friendly and above all else truly sympathize with their customers and try to al customer service. I live pretty far away from this dealership but will always make the trek down here because I don't just use this dealership for service, I have a relationship with a person who truly cares about her work and how she can both satisfy the customer as well as present Honda in the best possible light.
