- imadeshieldI believe the employee I dealt with was Zain & he seemed impersonal & slightly "bothered" in general--maybe just a bad day for him. When I finally came inside (I'd waited in the vehicle since previously I was met there by an employee so I thought that was SOP), a very gracious young female employee, who was waiting on someone else, asked Zain to help me and he did so, but seemed a bit 'bothered'. I felt he should have worn gloves when he entered the vehicle & that his whole demeanor was a bit aloof.

- Satisfied CustomerThe Service Team at Nalley is outstanding. I had an issue with my QX80 and they worked tirelessly to help me resolve the repair at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. We have been working on this during the Corona Virus quarantine and they got in me in loaner car to ensure we had safe transportation while we waited for parts to arrive and the work to be completed. The service team, particularly Shawhib Ghulam Reza, has been great about keeping me updated, helping me get the right repair at the best price, and making sure that I am aware of the timeline and the cost. I will continue to have them take care of my car - they do the best job!

- CarThey just seem like they can’t diagnose anything. Not worthy of even thinking about getting your car service there. The will diagnose something and you pay then the same problem exist and they say you need something else.

- Dionne Stokes-HicksI brought my truck in on 2/3/2018 to be diagnosed and at that time I was told I needed my throttle cleaned and it would be $150 so I made an appointment the following week on 2/17/2018 to have the work completed due to idling issues with my Infiniti FX35. After I picked up my car, the problem still existed so I called service and they advised me to bring my car back in which I did on 2/21/2018 and then I was called and told they the previous diagnosis was incorrect and I now needed 6 ignition coil replacements along with negative cable grounds repair to a tune of $1500.00. I immediately questioned why this was not diagnosed when I first brought my car in and I asked for a full refund of the $150.00 I paid for the throttle cleaning as that service didn't remedy my problem. I just spent $2800 in January with Infiniti Gwinnett replacing cam sensors and cracked head gaskets and they thoroughly checked out my car and there was no mention of me needing new ignition coils or cable grounds. I spoke with the service manager and advised him that I wanted a full refund and I would be taking my car to Gwinnett Infiniti to get diagnosed because I now no longer have faith in the service dept at Nalley Infiniti. I have been without my car since 2/21/2018 and I was called by the service manager to allow him the time to figure out what exactly went wrong and to my surprise I was called to today by a service rep asking me when I was coming to pick up my car and was I going to approve to allow them to do the work. Desired Settlement: Repair Desired Outcome Description: Due to the misdiagnosis of what my service my car needed and the timeframe I have been without my car, I feel that if they are now 100% sure that my car needs coils and cable then the expense should be on Nalley Infiniti and not me. I have been very patient throughout this whole situation but now I no longer have anymore patient and I am looking to file a complaint with Consumer affairs as well.
