On April 11th, I went to Nalley Kia Stonecrest to trade in my 2026 Genesis G70 for a Kia Telluride. Elijah Lowe was the salesperson involved, Harold Lewis was the finance manager, and Antoine Thomas is the in my 2026 Genesis G70 for a Kia Telluride. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I have ever dealt with. I had a significant amount of equity in my Genesis, and from the beginning it felt like they thought they were dealing with someone who wouldn’t understand the numbers or paperwork. I actually had the Kia Telluride in my possession for about a week while they continuously tried to restructure the deal because they could not get the numbers right due to the amount of equity I had in my Genesis. On three different occasions they attempted to put together financing terms that did not look right to me. The more questions I asked, the more uncomfortable the situation became. At one point, the entire process started feeling deceptive and potentially fraudulent. Because of that, I requested my Genesis back. I was then told my vehicle had already been sold. That statement alone caused an enormous amount of stress and panic. However, by chance I looked at the sister dealership next door and saw my Genesis sitting there. So not only was I being given conflicting information, I was being directly misled. After a mountain of unnecessary paperwork and back-and-forth conversations, I eventually got back into my Genesis. But the nightmare still isn’t over. There is still a loan attached to my name involving the Telluride, yet the Telluride itself was reportedly sold to someone else. I am now left dealing with confusion, uncertainty, sleepless nights, anxiety, and financial stress over a situation that should have never happened in the first place. The payment is due on the 24th, and I still do not have clear answers or resolution. No customer should ever have to go through this level of disorganization, misinformation, and emotional distress simply for trying to purchase a vehicle At this point, I am strongly considering filing formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Georgia Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well as contacting an attorney to fully understand my legal rights and options moving forward. Consumers deserve transparency, honesty, accountability, and professionalism when making major financial decisions. More

.I recently brought my 2025 Kia K4 in for service, and when I got my car back, I noticed that the screen protector on my infotainment display had been removed. I know for certain it was on before my visi when I got my car back, I noticed that the screen protector on my infotainment display had been removed. I know for certain it was on before my visit, and I kept it there to protect my screen from scratches. I did not give permission for anything to be removed from my vehicle. This was really frustrating, because it shows a lack of respect for customers’ property. I expect better care and communication when my car is being serviced. I hope this is something the dealership takes seriously and improves going forward. More
