What delightful person! He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly, he recommended the appropriate service required and eliminated the others. Often, women are over charged or made recommendations for things that arent necessary. We get taken advantage and many prey on our ignorance or lack of vehicle knowledge to make a dollar. A previous mechanic misdiagnosed my vehicle and was about to over charge me to fix it. Mr. Gomez recommended a mechanic at Kia that would be able to diagnose my problem and fix my car. Thats exactly what happened! It wasn't about making a dollar for Mr. Gomez, focused on taking care of the consumer needs and he exceeeded my expectations. Nalley Kia is blessed to have such a person working in that establishment! More
