Don’t provide services that are advertised. Recall not available for the last 3 months.Arrived at dealer at 7:40am and notified at 9:00am that they didn’t have the recall part. I have been to 2 appointments and part not available. Service Manager Shaun came in wait area with white customer husband and talk to that individual but when I tried to talk to him. I was told by him that I needed to talk to my service representative. I was at this facility for over 3 hours. I was told they couldn’t verify my information due to the system being down by my service representative Fits. I left at 10:45. My service will be complete at Chamblee Kia. I advise anyone that needs help to go elsewhere. I will not be returning. More
Going legal on this dealership. Paid them almost $2000 to fix our 2020 Kia and STILL throwing the same codes. Won’t return our calls and treats us like we are beneath them. I’ve stood in the service department and listen to the phones ring off the hook! The service manager, Shawn, is a poor excuse for a manager. I’m actually about to go pick up my car now and take it somewhere else. I will NEVER purchase another Kia! I’m filing BBB as well! They should not be allowed to treat customers the way they do!! More

After 3 months appointment I went the dealer one of the advisor ask me about my car problem . I already told my complaints the person who setup my appointment ,but I repeat my car problem then she said no advisor ask me about my car problem . I already told my complaints the person who setup my appointment ,but I repeat my car problem then she said no we don’t accept about engine problem.I keep telling her I was waiting for 3 months for this issue otherwise why don’t reject the first day of setup appointment, then she contact me with the service manager but he is very disappointing me “he side that you never spend a penny,” so that I really regret the day bought Kia . I would not recommend this Kia dealership to anyone. I bought a car there a few months ago, and the finance person that handled my transaction royally screwed it up. His name is Tarrance Davis. I pai I bought a car there a few months ago, and the finance person that handled my transaction royally screwed it up. His name is Tarrance Davis. I paid cash for a brand new car, and told him at least 5 or more times that it was a cash transaction. As he was completing the paperwork for the vehicle, he asked two more times about the financing, and I had to remind him twice more that it was a cash purchase with no liens at all. I gave him the cashiers check, and from there he proceeded to completely screw things up. When I received my tag and registration paperwork for the car in the mail, I happened to notice that the registration showed a bank as the lienholder for the car. I immediately called Davis and e-mailed him. Two days passed and he never returned the e-mail or voice mail. I ended up leaving a total of 5 voice mail messages for this person, and sent him three more e-mails trying to find out where my title was, and why the registration showed a bank as the lienholder. Davis never returned a phone call or e-mail. I called and spoke with manager and he eventually told me that my title had been mailed to a bank. They mailed my title to a bank with no loan information or anything that would connect the title to this bank they mailed it to. The dealership finally found out what bank they sent my title to, and told me it was up to me to get it back. Two months have gone by and I still don't have my title. No one from this dealership has even offered an apology for their screw up. Now I'm stuck trying to get my title back from a bank that shouldn't have it in the first place. Stay away from this dealership. They are unprofessional, and not responsive at all with a problem, especially one they created. Update: After this review went live, I amazingly received a phone call and e-mail from Davis. He said it was not his fault that the title was sent to a bank for no reason, it was someone's else's fault in their tag department. Davis actually asked for an apology from me. It amazes me that he never responded to the multiple e-mails or voice mail messages, and only responded when I posted a review, and when that review went live. Davis may not have caused the title issue, but he handled the transaction for me, and I made numerous attempts to reach out to him for help once the problem was discovered, and he completely ignored all calls for help. To further insult my intelligence, he said he just now got the e-mails I sent (coincidentally after the review went live). More

The manager flat out told the salesperson to tell me they had no interest in speaking with me over the phone about the deal I had in place. More
