Purchased A New car less then 30 days and still have not gotten a call back update nothing. I have called them bit get nothing they sold a package with the car that included floor mats and I have not gotten gotten a call back update nothing. Hello to those reading this honest review. It’s been years that I’ve been trying to find a vehicle that I love and many times I’ve found something however was super nervous about the buying purchase and years that I’ve been trying to find a vehicle that I love and many times I’ve found something however was super nervous about the buying purchase and often chickened out due to past bad experiences. So recently this Thursday I put in an inquiry for a Kia Sorento that was located at a different address. That same morning I received a friendly call from Mr. Chan Jones, his smooth, warm and inviting tone over the phone made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence to go ahead and start the buying process. I was approved!!! Amen Mr. Jones went out of his way to get the vehicle that I was interested in and brought it to his Lithonia location that was closer to me and more convenient. The car was even better in person. He made sure it was detailed and cleaned for me. Mr. Chan Jones was so polite, professional and caring for what I want and focused on helping me. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a smooth and amazing experience purchasing a vehicle. Exactly what I wanted & great service! I haven't bought a car since my 2010 Kia Soul. My Mom's car died, so I was giving her my 2010 and needed to get another vehicle quickly. I saw the 2020 Kia Soul GT Turbo online and sent a message. Aisha responded that they still had it and I let her know we'd be in that evening to see it. She was with another customer and had Jamaari help us. He was great and very knowledgeable. Since I came specifically to see that vehicle? He didn't try to pressure or oversell- he followed my lead for what would be his response. Bottom line- I went and got the exact car I wanted and Jamaari made sure it was all a smooth process. We just bought a 2020 Sedona from Nalley KIA and it has been such a smooth and easy process! Terrible service with dishonest business practices. Go to another dealership. This one is completely incompetent and crooked. Brought car in multiple times for the same safety issue. Each time they pre to another dealership. This one is completely incompetent and crooked. Brought car in multiple times for the same safety issue. Each time they pretended to fix it only to have the problem continue. Now it's one month out of warranty supposedly- though it wasn't when we brought it before - and now they refuse to actually fix it this time without me paying hundreds. And my door handle actually snapped off. And this car is only 50K miles. If you're dumb enough to buy a piece of junk Kia, highly recommend you going to another dealership as Nalley Kia is crooked.
