Joe Awad was our service advisor and things could not have gone more smoothly. I was there for some maintenance items (replace brake fluid, replace coolant, and replace spark plugs), and during the multi have gone more smoothly. I was there for some maintenance items (replace brake fluid, replace coolant, and replace spark plugs), and during the multi-point inspection, they noted that the battery was very weak. We had that replaced in this visit, as well. The maintenance items were a fair price for a Lexus dealership, while the battery price was a bit high. Joe kept me informed at each step and really took the time to explain things. He is super friendly and provided top-notch service. I will definitely return and ask for Joe each time. More

HORRIFIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE. So I took my other Lexus (also purchased from Nalley Lexus) in for an oil change. They told me I needed new front brake pads. In my experience, Lexus dealers don't typically stock brakes/tires for my particular Lexus model, so I got SPECIFIC ASSURANCE FROM THE SERVICE WRITER THAT THEY DID INDEED HAVE THE PARTS. Well, they didn't have the parts and they wasted two hours of my time to figure that out. I calmly asked to speak to the service manager to find out why it took 2 hrs to check the parts closet. He shows up with a nasty, passive aggressive attitude and then has the nerve to accuse me of wanting something (free service?). Listen pal, I own 2 Lexuses, I don't need or want free stuff, I just want to hear an explanation for your incompetence, which he was unwilling to provide. His demeanor improved when he greedily tried to save the sale "you can leave your car and have a loaner overnight." Sorry, but after accusing me of scamming, you're not touching my car now. I will say the GM did call me with an apology. BEWARE: Unless you drive an RX or an ES and need air in your tire, DO NOT LET NALLEY LEXUS SERVICE YOUR CAR. More
