Clueless Customer Friday 10/11/19- I was prepared to pay top dollar for a brand new 2020 GX and thought I had a "Certified Master Salesperson" working on my behalf. He Friday 10/11/19- I was prepared to pay top dollar for a brand new 2020 GX and thought I had a "Certified Master Salesperson" working on my behalf. He found the exact vehicle I wanted which was on the boat headed to USA (and then to a different dealer). I gave all my credit information. I gave $1000 good faith earnest deposit as a commitment to my interest in this particular vehicle. They were going to start working on the transfer on Monday the 14th. They did say it would take a few days to know if the deal could happen or not. OK, cool. I checked in on Wednesday 16th via email. No response. Texted the salesperson on Saturday 19th. He said they were "working on it" and that he was busy selling two cars and for me to follow up with Mike B. HUH? A different "manager" called me on the 19th left a long message regarding totally different vehicles (no communication obviously between these guys). I talked to that guy on the 21st. Got him up to speed on the vehicle above. I even said I would order a new one and just wait for it to be made if that was easiest. He said he was ON IT! 8 days have passed, no word back. I've left two voicemails. No response. I've asked for my deposit back via voicemail as they have not met the implied agreement of our deal. How does this happen? I'm a lifelong Lexus loyalist. Ready to buy a brand new vehicle. ASAP. If there is another dealer in town that would love to have me as a customer. Please reach out! More
My experience with Nalley Lexus has been absolutely awful in fact will never purchase from them again . Tags have been lost by the third party services used by Nalley , dealership zero cares 60 days still no plate or tags why because they sent to the wrong address honest mistake agree however instead of apologizing Sonja argues , hangs up on us , and forgets to place me on hold calling me a name using the word xxxxx . Appauld! Several request sent through email for general manager to call ... no return call . The dealership lacks integrity . More
