Throughout the years Karl would periodically send a brief message on holidays or special occasions and it just confirmed that when I purchased my next car I would contact him again. I called him this spring with very specific wants, i.e. same model, same color, newer year but with back-up camera. Karl was very patient with me and when I found one through the internet in Smyrna I called him. He met me, only to discover that I had chosen the wrong silver color. I was so disappointed. He immediately found one in Roswell, had it driven down to Smyrna that very day, and I bought it! I also must mention that I love your service department. Being able to book a service appointment on line...even at the last minute is perfect for me. Jennifer Rhodes has been so loyal...her efficiency and attitude are great! More

All was quickly negotiated over the phone, the follow-up and commitment was fast, meticulous, and 100% perfect in every way. In summary, my wife is happy and loves her new ride. Follow-up: Post purchase communications were slow, and somewhat suspect. Purchasing new was great but we were disappointed on the paperwork follow through. UPDATE: MAY 10th - Communications are improving. Just got a text message that my review cost someone $500 because of my failure to give them all "10's" on the Lexus survey. If you tell me you mail something personally, and it is postmarked a week later than the date you stated, is that a problem? UPDATE: May 10th again - Communications continue to improve. Within a few minutes of posting my comments above, the salesperson responded quickly via text, but hung up on me over the phone. I would copy what he posted but that would get this review flagged for removal because of his choice of words. I now understand some of the other comments regarding this salesperson. I no longer recommend anyone work with this guy. More
