The process took about 5 hours from start to finish, a little longer than I expected but the experience was pleasant, Kirk and Demond were both personable and professional despite a couple of minor glitch little longer than I expected but the experience was pleasant, Kirk and Demond were both personable and professional despite a couple of minor glitches. Dishonest. I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this dealership. Beware of price tactics used to charge you extra. Check every line on the price breakdown sheet. They will subtract something to make it look like they are giving you a discount and then add it back in at the bottom. The price I was quoted was no where on the price sheet. Yesterday, I called Nalley Lexus and discussed an L-Certified vehicle with Russell. Today I called and spoke with the salesman again and made an offer on the car. He put me on hold then came back to tell me he could meet me in the middle. I offered to make a down payment to put it on hold until Saturday. He said he couldn't hold it. We discussed it some more and I decided to take off work for half a day and drive to Smyrna, GA (almost a 3 hour drive each way). A friend also took off work to drive me to the car dealership. I rented a car so my friend could drive back to Tennessee. After being in a car accident, I am not ready to drive on the interstate. Russell greeted me upon arrival and we went on a test drive. When we sat down in his office, the paperwork showed an amount that was much greater than what we had agreed upon. We spent a long time discussing the price. He said that it was all up to his manager. He followed up with, "If it were up to me, I would give you the price that I told you on the phone." Then when I was leaving he asked me to give him a few minutes so he could fix it. I responded that he couldn't fix it based on what he just told me. I am headed back to Tennessee in rush hour traffic and still have no car after wasting our time and money. Worst car lot experience I have had. More
