My time is very valuable to me and Lauren respected that. she and the dealership should be commended for going out side the the box and allowing her to use other than the conventional " come on in we will look at you trade take your keys and play games for hours " sales techniques . When I walked in the door to the dealer no games just fantastic customer service and a good deal. If I had one negative it was the finance dept. needs some help. It took a little to long waiting to sign the paperwork. I can't express how well both our car deals where handled. Both had a few bumps in the road but everything was handled in a professional manor and great customer service. More

I came in to have a shock replaced on my Lexus 350 and my service man was David Allsbrook. From start to finish he was a true professional. I was met at the door when I arrived, no waiting. Everything they were going to do was explained to me, as well as appx how long it would take. I then left in a fabulous new sedan 350? new and gorgeous car. Drove like a dream. The seat was heated for me so the entire experience was the best. The dashboard was like a rocket ship with everything within easy reach. The stereo was the best I have ever experienced. The very BEST@! The ride perfect...it was tough to return this car, I wanted one so badly! But, David kept me informed with phone calls and my car was ready within a very few hours. I picked it up clean, and ready to go, no hassle. The experience was the best I have ever had at any service center. Thank you so much for taking care of my problem in a timely and professional manner. It is the first repair I have ever needed...until now it was just service, so I am very pleased. Too bad I don't drive as much as I use to or I'd be getting one of those new Lexus sedans...it was delightful. Les Milender, is the nicest, most courteous, polite car salesman we have ever met. My husband does'nt care for the pressure most sales people exhibit. Also Demario Tinsley was the sweetest thing. he excitedly showed me some off the technical things about my car. He was very sweet and kind. Here is the thing I wish I didn't have to mention. There was a man who followed us to the car trying to close the deal after we had plainly said we had to pick up our son and my husband wanted to check our credit union. Spending this much money on a car is very stressful. He was pushy and I think he name was Joel. I'm sorry to mention him. I don't think he meant to but he really did upset my husband. Otherwise, things went very well and we love our car. More

Since my husband works long and odd hours, I had to maximize everyone's time by searching for the right truck to suit our young family's needs--a very intimidating task; especially for someone who is not completely adept at car shopping. From the moment I walked into Nalley, Lauren Miller greeted me with a smile. I felt immediately at ease, as she is not only knowledgable but she is also very friendly and honest. Lauren is the sole reason that we chose to buy from Nalley. I let her as well as the manager know what our requests and parameters were and not only did they meet them, but they honored them and went above even what we requested--a HUGE bonus for us, so much so that they were willing to work with us on our SUV and we traded it into Nalley. We were able to come in one afternoon after my husband got off from work and purchase this awesome vehicle. I know I will be happy driving it for years to come. We will DEFINITELY be going back to Nalley for future automobile purchases. My husband, who did not purchase his Lexus from Nalley, says that he will now start getting his car serviced there. I met Horace on accident, well not really by accident he says. Lol I had a schedule test drive at Nally Acura but misstakenly ended up at Nalley Lexus Galleria. Once Horace discovered this he didnt try to harass me or try stop me from leaving. He simple gave me his business card and let me know if he gets the vehicle I'm looking for he will give me a call. To my surprise, I receicved a call from Horace that afternoon informing me the dealership just got a 2010 IS250! I was back in the office over the weekend. Upon my visit I was not expecting to buy a car, but the service and deal was good so I could not resist. My vechicle is CPO, certified pre-owned. Horace is really good about following up with his customers and extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus brand. He offered my mother and I good wisdom and sound advice during my purchase of my first Lexus. I appreciate his honesty, work ethic and intergrity. I ended up coming to Nalley Lexus Smyrna after having pretty lousy experience at the other Lexus dealers. So, I wasn't too sure about the folks at Nalley-Smyrna. Fortunately, I met Bobby and he was great pretty lousy experience at the other Lexus dealers. So, I wasn't too sure about the folks at Nalley-Smyrna. Fortunately, I met Bobby and he was great--super friendly and easygoing. He didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. He helped me locate the vehicle that I wanted. I went easy on him with the price negotiation and ended up at where I'd be willing to pay at worst case scenario, so on a positive note, it was a win-win for the dealer and myself. He is pretty good at following up on you after you got your vehicle. If you don't have anyone particular in mind when looking for a Lexus at Nalley-Smyrna, I highly recommend that you talk to Bobby. He will treat you right, a fun guy to chat with, and he will get the car you want. More
