I have also established a friendship with Service Administrator Tyesha Muntford who takes very good care of me for all service visits. She has a great disposition along with a wonderful smile. We visited the Nalley Lexus dealership to have the oil changed in my 2006 Lexus GS300 and looked at a 2013 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport while waiting for the service to be completed. Tony Mullaney approached us and offered a test drive. Normally, I would rather have a root canal performed versus dealing with salesperson at a dealership. However, after a few minutes being with Tony, he came across as a friend that we have known for years. It took over 5 hours with us to finalize a sale. His hourly rate based on his commission was most likely less than the minimum wage. There was absolutely no pressure from Tony or the Nalley management to finalize the sale. The whole experience with Tony was one of the most enjoyable transactions that I have experienced. We changed our mines regarding the color which was not available on the lot. The paperwork had to be recreated along with the numbers. Tony's showed no displeasure with us through the overall negotiation. We will be directing anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to Tony. He is not your typical car salesperson. I was satisfied with the discount on the new vehicle and the trade-in value. Upon delivery 2 days later, he spent an hour plus to explain all the features. He was in no rush to move on to his next customer. Overall, I highly recommend Tony and the Nalley Lexus dealership. More

He was/is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions while not pressuring me to buy. after making my decision on the model I wanted still was not pressured. It was a very laid back experience. I was given a fair price on my trade-in as well as a fair price on my purchase. I was really impressed with the finance department after I signed the contract and took delivery I received a phone call from them the next day. I was told they had found me a cheaper interest rate after the fact and they dropped it to the lower rate. Working with Tony Mullaney and the sales Manager Chris Smith was an enjoyable experience. They are very professional and friendly after the purchase I have received calls making sure everything is good with my car and there is nothing I need. Mr. Autry's has many fine attributes but the primary reason my wife and I could recommend him to our family and friends was that he listened to us without interruption. Mr. Autry was straightforward, honest, calm, pleasant and helped us purchase the car we wanted at a price we could afford. He is the nicest and most honorable car salesperson we encountered during the 3 months we shopped for a car. If I owned a car dealership, I would steal him away for my sales team as he represents the philosophy of The Golden Rule which is something that is sadly missed in many people today. We came in for service on our 2011 Lexus ES350 and found the 2013 Lexus Hybrid 300h and decided that it was time to buy. Zach took good care of us in service but as we were looking at the Hybrid, Jody stop the 2013 Lexus Hybrid 300h and decided that it was time to buy.
