Often times, buying a car is an extremely tense experience but Roy made it painless and quite enjoyable. The entire staff including Roy, Brian (Service), DeMario (Technology) & Randy (Sales Manager) were wonderful and very accommodating. I was even able to take part in a New Owner Orientation where I learned some cool tips and tricks about my car. We reached out via email first and Monica contacted us. She was patient and confident through the process and answered all our questions. We negotiated via email and phone, site unseen, from 400 miles away in another state. When we arrived, Monica was great to work with and everything we had agreed to was honored. The car is great like all other Lexus i have owned but the service and experience i have been getting from the dealership is not at all good. They made a second spare key to this car which keeps on going out all the time, there is oil leaking out of my seats and they are not willing to fix it. for last two times they are giving me filthy dirty loaner cars and not fixing the problem. I have tried multiple times to get hold of the management but haven't been successful at all. More
