Very pleased with the high level of personal service and attention during the negotiation and purchase process. No high pressure to make a decision on the spot. Randy is the first Lexus Sales Consultant I've encountered. He certainly has raised the bar for customer service that other dealerships should strive to offer. Met the service consultants and manager who will be taking care of ES350 when needed. Before leaving the dealership, I was given a thorough orientation on the features of the automobile and my cell phone synchronized with the hands-free system. Overall, a very good experience at this early stage of Lexus ownership. More
I had great customer service!!! This is my wife and I second Lexus from Nalley Lexus and this wont be our last either. My wife picked up her vehicle on Thanksgiving Eve and they stayed open and waited fo second Lexus from Nalley Lexus and this wont be our last either. My wife picked up her vehicle on Thanksgiving Eve and they stayed open and waited for both of us to finish up the paperwork and then spent the extra time teaching us the basics on the vehicle like navi,bluetooth connection,etc. Thanks to Mr. Kim and Artie for the great service!!! Chuck - was very helpful, not pushy and I feel that I got a good/fair price. I had done a lot of home work on pricing. The is my second Lexus so I did not need to be sold on the car. Guest facilities were clean and furnished with daily newspaper. Coffee was excellent and bottled water was available for customers waiting on service work. Showroom was filled with latest models and was able to browse for information on next vehicle to purchase. He is both honest and efficient, and I believe what he says concerning my vehicle. The foregoing is worth the 100 mile drive. I have been dealing with this Dealership since 1981. My husband and I have two Lexuses...have bought from Nalley for about twenty years. Each renewal, we think we need to look at other cars, and we do just that. BUT we always get a new Lexus. Ryan Burke is terrific. We feel like he is always there to help with our best interest at heart. Today I had a tire blow on 285. Ryan had a tow truck there in twenty minutes and me on my way as soon as possible....quite shortly. Cannot say enough about the service at Nalley Lexus and Ryan! More
