Courtesy loaner cars are available for as long as needed if the service will take too long to wait on. Ryan Burke is the best service advisor I have ever worked with at any dealership in my 40 years of owning cars, he clearly explains issues that need to be addressed and allows me to make a decision with confidence to keep my cars running reliably and efficiently. I could try and save money by not going to a Lexus dealership, but with the long history of great customer service and reliable work I get from Ryan Burke and Nalley Lexus I have never thought about it.
